POSITION Overview:
Our client, a leading global manufacturer is looking for a 2nd shift Assistant Production Manager responsible for monitoring the safety and efficiency of manufacturing production.
This position is also responsible for leading and advancing a team while pushing continuous improvement objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor KPIs
- Ensure quality of manufacturing processes
- Organize operations of production
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 years experience in a lean manufacturing environment
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
