The role:
You will be coordinating projects both locally and nationally. This involves constant and open communication with clients, the project team, and vendors. You will coordinate timelines, procure products, and schedule resources accordingly. In addition, you will be accountable to these timelines and the successful completion of the project based on budget and work completed. This role requires a high level of forward thinking and decisiveness. Client experience is our #1 priority. It will start and end with you.
When you are not coordinating projects, you will be coordinating EVERY movement of a highly skilled staff of IT Engineers. They move fast, you have to move faster. You'll route their day, answer their calls, keep them moving around the Chicagoland area smartly, efficiently, and with a smile on your face. We have over a 100 service tickets at any given time. You need to make sure that you know what's going on with those tickets every second of every day.

Minimum two year degree in business related field
Experience with managing projects to time lines and budgets preferred but not required
Experience with customer service/reservations preferred but not required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner
Proven analytical skills with ability to ascertain key information and create tickets for and efficient work-flow
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
Familiar with IT terminology
Punctual and consistent attendanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
