Customer Service (Loan Specialist)
No experience necessary! This Employee Owner work environment is similar to the work environment of a Credit Union or Bank since you are handling similar situations (without the strict dress code!) In this exciting and fast paced position, you will provide excellent customer service on the behalf of Credit Unions and Banks nationwide. You will assist, educate, evaluate and complete loan applications via inbound phone communications.
We provide up to 6 weeks of paid training. You will learn everything regarding lending, credit, sales, and customer service, plus have an opportunity to advance your career. You will be required to multitask and navigate through several windows quickly; while maintaining a professional and upbeat tone. We have positions available at either our Naperville or Elgin locations. We offer competitive compensation consistent with qualifications and experience. Training starts soon!
