Insurance Agent (Paid Training and Generous Commission Structure)

The successful candidate must be willing to take on the role of a client-centered advocate. Listening to client concerns, needs and desires and then using the company's extensive and competitive product portfolio to create the best package is what American National values. Extensive compensated training is provided in addition to a generous commission package.
This is a sales position marketing Personal, Commercial and Agricultural insurance lines. Sales success is also recognized by a system of merit-based commission levels. As an independent, self-directed and supported independent insurance sales agent, the successful candidate will be building their own insurance agency under the guidance and encouragement of peers and experienced agents.
Positions are open for experienced individuals that are already licensed as well as those seeking to start or change careers and are willing to secure the necessary licenses. Experienced Candidates must be able to show a successful sales track record.
