Outside Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at EPG, you will build and
maintain a team of top executive Sales Professionals from your office in
Chicago.
You will train and mentor your team and ensure performance and
operational standards are met.
You will prepare and maintain regular regional goals, action plans and
performance reports.

years Sales Management required.
You must have experience managing a sales force of 8
home-
based, outside sales representatives in multiple cities.
Your past experience must also include sales to small- and medium-
sized businesses using a one call close.
Our compensation structure is designed for you to make $110K
first
year by working your own book and managing a team of professionals.
