Position Title: Account Relationship Manager
Internally this role is referred to as Account Relationship Manager
Position Mandate:
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive relationship management and support on-going business development and service/solution opportunities within our current portfolio.

Key Activities Include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the day to day relationship management of key merchants and partnerships including, but not limited to, program modifications/enhancements.
- Acting as the liaison for compliance, product, and operational matters.
- Primary contact for all internal projects requiring support
- Collaborating with Credit or Risk, to resolves any merchant or partner related issues including but not limited to underwriting, fraud, or risk matters.
- Establishing strong relationships with decision makers as well as day to day contacts.
- Sponsorship Agreement Re-Negotiations or Amendments

Requirements:
- 4
years combined industry and/or sales experience
- Prior ISO/Merchant Services experience highly preferred.
- Proficient MS Office Suite and computer skill
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to interpret and analyze financial data
- Possess clear oral and written communication skills
- Presentation skills and training experience is required
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects
- Timely and accurate completion of projects
- Ability to accurately answer clients questions
- Must have the ability to manage activities with a minimal amount of supervision
- Must be a pro-active self-starter and able to operate in a team environment
- Ability to flourish in a fast paced and challenging environment

Special Conditions:
This position is a full time permanent opportunity located in our office in Elgin, Illinois.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
