3-4 year trade school
5 years toolmaker experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
SPC, 8D, team building, knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, machine tooling to fabricate parts using milling machines, surface grinders, engine lathe, drill press, and misc power hand tools.
