RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately and efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments
Properly package outbound shipments
Timely receipt and quality verification of inbound shipments
Perform order fulfillment from initial request through shipment/notification
Manage stock put away and storage location database
Pick and pack orders in a timely manner
Process RGA shipments with minimal turn time
Ensure timely schedule execution of TCI distribution
Coordinate VMI programs
Conduct weekly cycle counts
Assist Service and Projects teams in material identification and availability
Other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years experience in the shipping/receiving or warehouse controls, or equivalent experience
Able to lift 70 pounds
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, SAP experience preferred
Knowledge of Supply Chain basics, APICS or equivalent standards and related practices a plus
Experience providing a high level of customer service in a constantly changing and complex environment
Ability to interpret and apply written policies
Excellent organization and customer service skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to travel overnight to domestic and international locations approximately 5% of each week/month/year
