Job Description
This position serves as the key liaison between customers and Photography production team. Primary responsibilities include: scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information from client, job tracking, assuring quality of customer expectations are met, and invoicing. This position seeks to enrich the customer experience through service, a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, clear communications and the utmost professionalism in all interactions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and production teams.
Apply a broad knowledge of Photography/or Photography production workflows, digital asset management, problem solving, designing and implementing workflow procedures and quality control to production workflow.
Schedule and manage freelance stylists and assistants as required. Model booking as required and associated tasks.
Provide pre-production services and perform order management processes such as gathering and communicating job specific information, entering of specifications into job management software and ensure proper priority is given to each job to meet client expectations.
Apply understanding of customer s business needs to establish solid customer relationships and facilitate problem-solving.
Establish and promote excellent customer relations through effective and proactive communication and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction.
Maintain contact with customers and production to advise them of job progress, scheduling concerns and requests for additional information or materials when required.
Internally communicate and support as needed other project managers and team members at various locations.
Participate in weekly production and project management status calls.
Works with client to integrate new technologies, and/or productive capabilities.
Uses ethical business practices in dealing with customers, employees, vendors, suppliers and the community.
Responsible for customer retention and customer loyalty.
Facilitates the resolution of production-related problems in a timely manner and elevates appropriately when necessary.
Identifies and facilitates opportunities for continuous improvement in the product, process and service.
Flexible work schedule and ability to work weekends if needed preferred.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Required Skills
College degree or equivalent working experience
5
years of prior customer service and project management experience
Demonstrate skills and knowledge of Pre-media and/or Photography
Working knowledge/experience of product video, 360 captures, model and location video a plus.
Familiar with Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Excellent computer skills, ability to learn new programs and provide basic troubleshooting
Experience in utilizing Continuous Improvement tools to create and track metrics
Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding
Ability to interpret and understand the clients expectations and guide the production team
Ability to anticipate needs on behalf of the customer not to only serve the customer, but increase volume and profitability
Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills
Ability to problem solving, analyze potential solutions and use good sound judgment to make decisions

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
