The Studio Account Manager will have a unique ability to assist with strategic planning and be able to execute flawlessly on tactical activities. This position involves cross-business-unit coordination and leading a cross functional teams to create, prioritize, and deliver to meet client goals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading and driving business decisions for enterprise wide marketing initiatives, as well as significant experience in image and copy domain. The candidate must be capable of focusing on details while not loosing sight of the big picture, and must, above all else, deliver results against plans.
Drives Client Relationship Management to ensure that clients are supported in a proactive, professional manner and that their expectations are met and exceeded
Manages the client relationship, assessing needs, making recommendations to meet budgets and timelines
Resolve issues escalated by the client and communicate significant issues to the Director of Production, KCD Digital Content
Provides strategic solutions to clients and the staff to obtain communications objectives and streamline process
Draws on creativity to solve client communications challenges, resolve service delivery issues and improve productivity
Manages multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Works closely with the Director of Production, KCD Digital Content to insure designs are branded properly and meet highest quality standards
Resolve issues escalated by the client and communicate significant issues to the Director of Production, KCD Digital Content
Take action feedback from client meetings to engage studio leadership in business process improvement efforts
Work with Director of Imaging and Director of Operations to advise clients as to potential benefits, features and capabilities of new or revised services and service enhancements
Build relationships with end users; manage their perception and expectations
Ensure that all financial targets are achieved within a framework of absolute financial control and that new business targets are achieved through liaison with the Director of Operations
Handles special projects other duties as assigned.
Flexible in responding to organizational changes and business prioritiesRequirements:
Significant experience managing client relationships in an agency or digital content production environment
Account management, conflict resolution, group dynamics and/or leadership development training
Excellent interpersonal skills--ability to work cooperatively with team members
Self-starter who can work independently through ambiguity Understands consultative selling, strategic account selling, and executive level client management
Unwavering commitment, high energy, and utmost level of integrity
Ability to manages multiple projects and clients simultaneously Strong strategic and marketing skills
Problem solving and strategic ability
High level of experience with MS Word, e-mail, MS applications Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing marketplacePreferred Skills
Understanding of the retails services industry 3+ years direct management experience.
Video and image production or sales support backgrounds preferred
