Job Description Right now we're working with an IT consulting company that has been in business for over 15 years.
This company provides end-to-end IT consulting services for law firms, manufacturing companies and CPA firms.
This company has about 35 people on staff and they're proud of their company culture that places an emphasis on work/life balance.
This is a hybrid role where you can work from the office in Elgin and from home.
Day to day responsibilities include troubleshooting and ticket resolution for customers.
This is also a role where candidates that have previous experience working for an MSP/IT consulting company are given priority.
Salary is in the $55,000-$65,000 range based on experience with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications This is a remote position, but candidates must be local to the Chicago area.
