Responsibilities:
Post and process all approved vendor invoices for payment Verify all invoices are posted to proper general ledger accounts in accordance with company accounting policies Maintain approved vendor files including all required tax and insurance information Maintain accurate accounts payable schedule Maintain sales tax exempt information Reconcile Statements, both Vendor and Factory Record, maintain and process all 1099 information Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner Issue Purchase Orders when necessary Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
Qualifications:
Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership Proven track record Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel Team-oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test Professional personal appearance Valid driver's license.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
