We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Quality Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing teamThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and processesThis is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of engineers and professionals in a thriving manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
1Develop and implement quality control methodologies to enhance the efficiency of our manufacturing processes.2Conduct regular quality assurance audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international standards, specifically ISO 9001.3Utilize Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and problem-solving.4Conduct root cause analysis to identify and rectify defects or issues in the manufacturing process.5Use statistical analysis to evaluate production data and implement necessary changes.6Manage and maintain the quality system, ensuring all processes and procedures are up to date and in line with industry standards.7Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new strategies for product quality enhancement.8Use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming for product measurement and analysis.9Operate Keyence CMM for precise, non-contact measurements.10Identify training needs and provide guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.2A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role in the manufacturing industry.3Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality System, and Engineering.4Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Quality Auditing.5Proficiency in CMM Programming, Keyence CMM, and CMM.6Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.9Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.10Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills in line with industry developmentsThis role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in quality engineering and make a tangible impact on our manufacturing processIf you are a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for quality and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you!Interested in hearing more?
