We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategy of the company.

Duties:
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires - Develop and implement affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with legal requirements - Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively - Manage workforce planning activities, including monitoring staffing levels and identifying recruitment needs - Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Assist in project management initiatives related to HR programs and initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Job Responsibilities shall include Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operations and sales projections.
Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees or HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain standards.
Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
Job
Qualifications:
Three to five years of demonstrated experience.
The ability to coordinate and monitor the different job responsibilities.
Multi-tasking ability, flexibility and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Advanced computer skills.
Valid, state issued driver's license.
Salary:
$70,000.
