Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall job file from initial call to final payment - Monitor job file status - Monitor crews to ensure all necessary information is gathered timely - Perform file data transfers as needed - Create preliminary estimates - Ensure all file audits are completed when needed - Discuss file status with customers and insurance persons as needed - Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and file management systems - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information - Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in using internet, Microsoft apps, and learning our file management system - Experience working as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role Note:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
