You will be expected to work closely with our Sales and Manufacturing Teams (Grow and Infusion) to coordinate efforts to make sure product quality is premium and the customer experience is exceptional.
Your responsibilities may evolve and expand over time but will include the following:
50% - Manufacturing Production and Post Production oversight and coordination of inventory, packaging, labeling, and transport.
Managing the resources, deliverables and productivity of our Grow and Infusion Teams to ensure that product quality is consistent with our Company vision.
40% - Sales and Account Management oversight.
Growing new accounts and promoting our differentiation and value.
10% - Oversight of Inventory Management, Compliance administration of BioTrack/METRC and Staffing and Resource Planning.
We are looking for team members with experience with the cannabis industry and we are constantly investing time and training in our employees.
We are looking for high energy people with strong work ethic, steller communication skills, and the ability to work as a team and hold themselves accountable.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Team Members must act in a manner reflective of the company culture of high moral standards, innovation and continuous evolution, trust in the TEAM, continuous improvement, and sustainable relationships.
