The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for supporting a variety of responsibilities within the department including but not limited to employee file record keeping, time record keeping, assisting with payroll related inquiries, assist with payroll processing and general administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Assist with facilitating time record keeping Assist in maintaining employee file's Assist in maintaining employee information in Paycom system Assist with processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll General administrative duties as needed Skills:
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Time Management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Analytical problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Office
