This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to help service the daily needs of the Personal Lines department while gaining an understanding of the insurance industry.
This position provides the critical back-end needs that ensures the department keeps running smoothly.
Position
Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage workload to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
Maintain electronic files.
Data entry of client information into databases.
Provides support to our Personal Lines team to ease the burden of administrative details.
Completes special projects as needed.
Minimum
Qualifications:
1 or more years of administrative office experience.
Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Very comfortable with technology.
High school diploma or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
Customer focused and able to establish and maintain effective relationships.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner.
Positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
