As a Part-Time Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating content and assisting franchisees with various marketing processes and strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coaching and Guidance:
Providing hands-on coaching to franchisees on how to effectively utilize marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to achieve their goals.
Strategic Collaboration:
Collaborating with different departments to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with unique goals and objectives.
Email Marketing Mastery:
Utilizing your expertise in email marketing to create engaging and effective email campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies.
Digital Marketing Proficiency:
Work closely with social marketing team to leverage social media, content marketing, and SEO.
Outstanding Communication:
Comfortably communicating with team in person, over the phone or online to discuss strategies, progress, and provide guidance.
Proactive Approach:
Taking the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and implement creative solutions.
Perky and Friendly Demeanor:
Infusing your interactions with a positive and approachable attitude, fostering strong relationships with franchisees.
Daily tasks often change based on support needs and time of year.
