You serve a critical role in our member experience and act as the voice of CAFCU.
Your role is to assist our members as they conduct their banking needs! You will work from our Corporate Office in Elgin, IL while members at our various branch locations interact with you through our Personal Teller Machines (PTMs).
Via the PTMs you will assist members via video with processing various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and carefully verifying the members identity/signatures.
You'll also provide excellent service to ensure each and every member is extremely satisfied with their interaction.
Successful candidates have a genuine interest in helping people and finding solutions to their needs.

Qualifications:
What makes you a great fit? You are a goals-driven, people person You have professional phone and video manners when interacting with our members You are a good listener who can identify and evaluate members' financial needs and recommend the appropriate product solutions and services Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 1
year of experience in customer service, retail, contact center, hospitality, sales or related is preferred and/or 2 years credit union experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work at a desk, and talk on camera via video interface for extended periods of time, reasonable accommodations will be made Basic math skills, strong computer knowledge and advanced typing skills Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
