5K a year 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago Coordinate and schedule routes in an effective and efficient manner for optimum completion with reduction in travel and down time daily for our Extinguisher / Kitchen Suppression Systems Division.
Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
Relay work orders, messages, and information to and from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or tablets Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, changes, expenses, and other dispatch information.
Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
Receive and diagnose all level of service calls in a timely manner.
Daily review of documents for completion, follow-up, or any other required procedure in a timely manner.
Assist in handling customer requests, problems, issues, and complaints for departmental issues that occur.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:
Dispatching, scheduling, and/or routing High-touch customer service supporting internal and external customers Some administrative background is a plus Familiarity with greater Chicagoland geography is a plus Experience Required 2 year(s):

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
