The Receptionist Administrative Assistant will:
Perform clerical duties as well as other administrative tasks to support the office.
Data Entry of Vendor Invoices Monthly Balancing Vendor Accounts Tracking Vendor Returns Creating Spreadsheets monthly on a timely basis Answer all incoming calls and direct to correct line Gather Close Out documents for projects Performs other related duties as directed Requirements:
Prior Administrative Assistant is required Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including spelling, grammar, and punctuation).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
