We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Services Team.
Responsibilities in this role are:
Establish and maintain relationships with customers through phone and email contact.
Coordinate orders from start to finish Receive customer orders via phone, fax, email and/or from sales representatives Ensure the accuracy of measurements and material details May require research of previous order(s) Calculate pricing using pre-established calculators and / or using Excel Call vendors for non-stock item pricing Send orders to customer for approval (drawing and pricing) Place purchase orders and all follow-up (ensure item was received, lead times, etc.
) Coordinate production of orders with production departments Ensure critical details are communicated to customer, production and sales Assist with billing - Check invoices for accuracy; create Bill of Lading; create driver paperwork Enter payment for credit card customers Work with customers who come into the Showroom (appointment and non-appointment) to assist in selecting their order.
Assist others in the office as needed.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Custom Framing Experience a Plus Manufacturing Environment is a plus Math skills - to calculate product measurements.
Analytical - to interpret and determine customer needs.
Computer Knowledge.
PC literate (email, internet).
At least intermediate skills with Word and Excel.
Strong verbal communication skills - pleasant phone voice and manner, excellent grammar.
Strong written communication skills - able to clearly write emails, notes, etc.
Exceptional detail orientation.
Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a strong sense of urgency.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
