Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to provide product information and answer their questions.
This position will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and tracking customer growth.
The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the sales team to ensure that the customer experience is top priority.
Core Duties &
Responsibilities:
Build & maintain strong relationships with customers by responding to phone calls, emails, and web traffic in a timely manner.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
Communicate with customers about product information and help them decide which product is best for them.
Build a successful relationship with customers by helping them find the right product, providing product information, or resolving their problem.
Close out all open cases and move toward the next step in the sales process.
Be a part of the team working together to achieve common goals.
Additional duties as assigned.
Skills &
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships quickly and effectively.
Ability to think critically while maintaining focus on information flow within a team environment.
Ability to quickly learn new computer applications including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.
