This position will be working under direct supervision of branch/team leadership and following established industry and company guidelines; assists all branch/team personnel with administrative support; recurring, narrowly defined customer service tasks; and meeting all performance requirements regarding production, quality; and ensuring that no liability with errors or omissions occur.
Customer Service Rep responsibilities include:
Assists with the processing of the following tasks accurately and within the required time frame:
Ordering Loss Runs Issuing ID Cards Issuing Certificates of Insurance Meets all performance requirements regarding production, quality, and service Delivers outstanding client service at all times, including proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining frequent and professional client communication, and responding quickly to any service requests Data Entry and maintains agency management system and other agency supported systems and carrier/vendor online platforms, ensuring all data entered is complete, clearly presented and well- documented, accurate, and up-to-date Monitors and maintains activity/suspense, taking appropriate action to ensure completion within required time frame Maintains frequent, transparent communication with account team regarding individual and team client service and policy administration activities, ensuring that the account team is fully informed of workload status, questions and/or any errors, discrepancies or changes related to assigned duties and tasks Delivers excellent service at all times, including proactively anticipating needs, maintaining frequent and professional communication, and responding quickly to service requests Continually stays abreast of all company policies and procedures to ensure good knowledge, execution and compliance of standard operating procedures Continually seeks to improve individual and team performance, including identifying, communicating and adopting best practices Lives and champions IOA core values at all times, demonstrating the highest level of personal character, integrity, and servant leadership Regular and consistent attendance is expected and a necessary component to the job Performs other duties as assigned Qualified candidates will have:
1-3 Years' Related Experience Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, and organizations skills Excellent customer service skills Outstanding verbal/written communication skills PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel Exceptional personal character High School Diploma (or equivalent) Great Reasons to Work at IOA include:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
