Sr. MIS Project Coordinator

Solid Interactive, Inc. in Elgin, IL is seeking a Sr. MIS Project Coordinator.
Duties:
Responsible for development of customized MIS solution for clients; coordinate analyzing process of MIS databases and related applications to correct errors and make necessary modifications of customers computer information and data management system;
Consult and coordinate with customers MIS specialist for efficient operation by maintain or administrate computer information system, networks and related computing environments including new databases, hardware, systems software, applications and system configurations;
Manage and coordinate MIS solution development and upgrade to enhance operation efficiency and productivity;
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware;
Develop periodic data backup and disaster recovery operation procedures to achieve risk management solution for customers MIS;
Prepare logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of databases to customers MIS;
Train and consult customers MIS administrator and users regarding their MIS administration & operation related questions; and,
Develop standards procedures and guidelines to properly operate MIS solution and protect vulnerable business data base and management information.
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems plus at least two years of experiences as a Sr. MIS project coordinator or related positions in IT field.
- Project execution ability, strong communication/ presentation skill and organization skill; capable of overseeing a multi-discipline team, and able to mentor software engineers and technicians.
- Certified Database Administrator (Orgacle8), Certified PM (Project Manager) and etc.
